Refactor complete

Final organization of SVN folders.

The SVN folder reorganization is complete, now I have two projects: a core common project and a game project.

During the refactor, I opted for a more deeper reorganization, as results in the image.

Now I have the generic kernel project containing all the components that can be reusable in other games and a specialized SlideFour game project.
Plus, the common kernel project referred as external in the SlideFour solution is a branch itself of the trunk kernel project. So I can handle optional specializations for the kernel in future games......
.....that's right: a new app is planned :-)
